Win McVitie’s Moments is an online Instant Win Promotion run by pladis (UK) Ltd. Buy a qualifying promotional McVitie’s product, then scan the QR code or visit mcvities.co.uk/promotions, enter your details, the batch code and upload a clear back-of-pack image to find out instantly if you have won. All valid entries (including during the Wrap Up Period) are also entered into a final Wrap Up Prize Draw for a cash prize.

Yes. You must retain the original itemised receipt. The Promoter may request the original receipt to validate winning entries. One entry is permitted per promotional pack and receipt, and the receipt must match the batch/barcode used to enter.

These Terms and Conditions prevail in the event of any conflict or inconsistency with any other communications, including advertising or promotional materials. Entry/claim instructions are deemed to form part of the Terms and Conditions and by participating all claimants will be deemed to have accepted and be bound by the Terms and Conditions. Please print a copy of these Terms and Conditions and retain for future reference.

Eligibility: Entry is open to residents of the United Kingdom (England, Scotland, Wales and Northern Ireland) and Republic of Ireland, aged 18 or over. The following are excluded from entry:
Directors, management, and employees of the Promoter or its holding or subsidiary companies.
Employees of agents or suppliers of the Promoter, or any third parties professionally connected with the competition or its administration.
Members of the immediate families or households of (a) and (b) above.
Requirements: Entrants must have internet access, smartphone, email address and mobile number. Purchase of a qualifying product and upload of the batch code and back-of-pack image. One entry per promotional pack and receipt. The receipt must relate to the batch/barcode of the product used for the entry. The original receipt may be requested to validate winning entries.
Main Promotional Period: The Main Promotion opens 00:00 on 22/04/2026 and closes 23:59 on 30/06/2026 (the “Closing Date”).
Wrap Up Period: The Wrap Up Period opens 00:00 on 01/07/2026 and closes 31/08/2026. All valid entries received in the Main Promotional Period and the Wrap Up Period, will be entered into a Prize Draw to win 1 x £2,000 cash.
Entry Instructions: The smartphone must be linked to an active account with a recognised telephone services provider. The account holder must be the same person completing the entry. Promotion is limited to one entry per smartphone per day, maximum two entries per week and 1 prize per tier, per household.
To enter:
Purchase a promotional McVitie’s product (see clause 6), retain the original itemised receipt.
Scan QR code or visit mcvities.co.uk/promotions and select your country.
Enter your full name, smartphone number, email address, batch code and upload the back-of-pack image to submit your entry. Validate your phone number via an OTP prompt.
Once entry is completed, entrants will receive an onscreen “win” or “lose” message.
A maximum of one entry per day and two entries per week per person is allowed. Only one prize is awarded in each prize tier per household. One prize may be won from each prize tier, subject to eligibility. UK residents are eligible for Tiers 1, 2 and 3. Residents of the Republic of Ireland are eligible for Tiers 2 and 3 only and are not eligible for Tier 1.
Entries received after the Main Promotional Period Closing Date will not be eligible to win prizes in Tier 1, 2 or 3.
Entries received after the Wrap Up Draw Closing Date are automatically disqualified.
Entry may only be made online on our web page using the method described in (a), (b) & (c) above. Entries by any other means (for example postal entries) shall not be accepted.
In the event that the site has entries in which a bot is suspected, you may be required to validate either your mobile number or email address in order to validate your entry. This is at the promoter’s discretion and is in addition to the above requirements.
Qualifying Products:
The Promoter will not accept:
Responsibility for late, incorrect, illegible, incomplete, defaced, corrupt, lost, mislaid, damaged or delayed entries.
Proof of transmission as proof of receipt.
No third party or bulk entries. Automated entries, entries via syndicates, macros or similar will be disqualified. Fraudulent activity or falsifying data will void all associated entries and prizes.
Prizes:
Tier 1: 3 x VIP Bespoke Tickets from Seat Unique worth £10,000, via prize draw. (For UK residents only)
Tier 2: 210 x £160 in UK/€180 in ROI See Tickets by Eventim eGift Cards, 3 x per day via guaranteed winning moments.
Tier 3: 10 million x Free Product digital vouchers (value £2.25 in UK/€3.15 in ROI), not all prizes may be won.
Wrap up Prize Draw: 1 x £2,000 cash. Wrap up draw prizes won by ROI residents subject to € currency conversion.
Winner Selection:
Tier 1: Prize draw – Three (3) winners will be selected at random within 7 days of 30/06/2026 from all valid entries received during the Main Promotional Period under the supervision of an independent adjudicator.
Tier 2: Guaranteed Winning moments allocated by secure algorithm; first valid entry after each moment wins. If no entry is received between one winning moment to the next, the Prize from that winning moment will be rolled over, creating an additional winning moment. Winning moments have been randomly pre-allocated and independently verified prior to the start of the Promotion. All 210 winning moment Prizes have been made available, and it is intended that they will be won.
Tier 3: Winners are determined by a computer-generated instant win algorithm. Once an entrant has submitted an entry, the website page will inform them whether they are a winner or not and if the entrant is a winner, the prize will be displayed.
Wrap up Prize Draw: There will be one (1) winner drawn from all entries received during the Main Promotional and Wrap Up Draw Period and will be selected at random by week commencing 7th September 2026, under the supervision of an independent adjudicator from all valid entries received.
Winner Notification:
Tier 1 Winners: Winners will be notified via phone within 7 days of the prize draw. Reasonable efforts will be made to contact the winners, but in the event the winners do not respond to confirm their personal details within 14 days, their prize will be forfeited and awarded to another entrant in the same manner as clause 10.
Tier 2 Winners: Winners will be notified instantly on screen that they have won. They will then receive a text message to the mobile number they entered on registration with a link to follow to claim their prize. They will be required to confirm their County of residence to claim their prize. If a winner does not follow the link and successfully claim their prize within 14 days of the winning text message, their prize will be forfeited.
Tier 3 Winners: Winners will be notified instantly on screen that they have won. They will then receive a text message to the mobile number they entered on registration with a link to follow to claim their prize.
Wrap up prize draw: The Winner will be notified via phone within 7 days of the prize draw. Reasonable efforts will be made to contact the winner, but in the event the winner does not respond to confirm their personal details within 14 days, their prize will be forfeited and awarded to another entrant in the same manner as clause 10.
Winner Fulfilment:
Tier 1 Winners: The Promoter and their partners will aim to fulfil the VIP Bespoke Tickets from Seat Unique worth £10,000 each within 14 days of claim via phone.
Tier 2 Winners: Following a valid claim, a link to a See Tickets by Eventim eGift Card of £160 if residing in the UK or €180 if residing in the Republic of Ireland, will be texted to the mobile number given on registration within 7 days of claim. Vouchers terms of service are listed in clause (13).
Tier 3 Winners:
UK: Winners residing in the UK will be texted a unique link to the mobile number submitted on entry, with a link to a digital gift card to use in the winners’ retailer of choice. Digital gift cards are redeemable for a pack of McVitie’s biscuits valued up to £2.25. Redeemable at (Co-op, Morrisons, ASDA, Sainsburys or Tesco). Once redeemed and activated, the winner will have 30 minutes to use the digital gift card.
ROI: Winners residing in ROI will be texted a unique link to the mobile number submitted on entry, with a link to a digital gift card to use in the winners’ retailer of choice. Digital gift cards are redeemable for a pack of McVitie’s biscuits up to a max value of €3.15. Redeemable at (ALDI and Tesco). Once redeemed and activated, the winner will have 30 minutes to use the digital gift card.
All Winners must redeem the digital gift cards in their chosen store between 22/04/2026 – 08/07/2026. Digital gift cards cannot be redeemed in petrol stations or online.
Wrap up draw: The Winner will receive their prize payment via bank transfer within 28 days of a valid claim. If the Winner is resident in the ROI, they will be paid via bank transfer in Great British Pound Sterling, converted to Euros at the currency exchange rate published by Lloyds Bank PLC on the day and time that the prize is fulfilled.
Tier 2 Prize - See Ticket voucher terms of service
The Promoter reserves the right to amend or withdraw the Promotion if deemed necessary due to circumstances outside of its reasonable control.
The Promoter’s decision is final on all matters relating to the Promotion.
If the Promoter has reasonable grounds for believing that an entrant has contravened the Terms and Conditions, the Promoter reserves the right to select an alternative Winner.
The Winners’ surnames and counties (with the exception of Tier 3 winners), can be requested by emailing info@winners-list.com with the subject “8634 Winners List” and will be available for a period of 4 weeks from 31/08/2026.
By entering this Promotion, each entrant acknowledges that if he or she is a Winner, his or her surname and county may be disclosed to persons enquiring, where permitted by law. Any entrant may object to their information being made available in this way or may request that the amount of information made available be reduced, by contacting the Promoter. In these circumstances the entrant acknowledges that the Promoter may nevertheless disclose such information in full to the Advertising Standards Authority if required to do so.
Entrants must enter the Promotion using their legal name. The Promoter will verify the eligibility of prize winners. The Promoter will require such information that it considers reasonably necessary for this purpose, and a Prize may be withheld unless and until the Promoter is satisfied with the verification.
The Promoter seeks to run a fair and secure promotion and prevent abuse and cheating. If you enter in a way that is not consistent with these Terms & Conditions, your entries (and any of your associated aliases) will be disqualified, any Reward awarded may be void and recoverable, and the Promoter reserves the right to bar you from entering future promotions for a period of at least six months. For this reason, the Promoter reserves the right at any point to:
Verify the eligibility of entrants by requesting such information it considers reasonably necessary for this purpose. Entry or a Reward may be withheld unless and until verification is completed satisfactorily.
Disqualify entries that are not made directly by the individual entering the Promotion.
Disqualify entries made using anonymous email services such as, but not limited to, GuerillaMail, Dispostable or Mailinator.
Disqualify bulk entries from individuals, trade, consumer groups or third parties, incomplete entries and entries submitted by macros or other automated means.
Disqualify entries beyond the maximum allowed, or those using techniques such as “script”, “brute force”, masking identity by manipulating IP addresses, using aliases or identities other than their own or any other means.
Disqualify entries which, in some other way, do not fully meet the requirements of these Terms & Conditions.
Where a Winner has been found to be in breach of any of these Terms and Conditions and in particular where a person is in breach of the entry restrictions, the Promoter may nevertheless still enforce its right to disqualify that person and require the return or reimbursement to the Promoter of any Prize even where a prize has been awarded and/or actually provided to the entrant or Winner in question.
The Promoter makes no representation or warranty in relation to any Prize provided. Except as specifically set out herein and to the maximum extent permitted by law, all conditions, warranties and representations expressed or implied by law are hereby excluded. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we hereby exclude and shall not have any liability to any entrant or Winner in connection with or arising out of this Promotion howsoever caused, including for any costs, expenses, forfeited prizes, damages and other liabilities, provided that nothing herein shall operate so as to limit or exclude our liability for personal injury or death caused by our negligence or liability for fraudulent misrepresentation. For the avoidance of doubt, this paragraph shall also apply in respect of any prize provided by a third-party provider.
If for any reason the Promotion is not capable of running as planned for reasons including but not limited to tampering, unauthorised intervention, fraud, technical failures or any other causes beyond the control of the Promoter which corrupt or affect the administration, security, fairness, integrity or proper conduct of this Promotion, the Promoter reserves the right (subject to any written directions given under applicable law) to disqualify any individual who tampers with the entry process and to terminate, modify or suspend the Promotion.
If an act, omission, event or circumstance occurs which is beyond the reasonable control of the Promoter and which prevents the Promoter from complying with these Terms and Conditions, the Promoter will not be liable for any failure to perform or delay in performing its obligation.
Winners may be invited to participate in reasonable publicity arising from the Promotion with no further compensation.
This Promotion is governed by English Law and entrants submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts, save that nothing in these Terms and Conditions shall deprive residents of the Republic of Ireland of any mandatory protections afforded under Irish law.
We use very little personal data for our Win McVitie’s Moments Promotion, but we need some to process your entry and to fulfil your prize if you are a Winner. We also need personal details to respond to any enquiries you may have. We would like to keep in touch with you after the Promotion, but you can ask us not to either at the time you enter, or any time thereafter. This privacy notice explains what personal data we process and your rights over what we do with it.

We need your name, email and mobile phone number to enter the Promotion, to ensure that it is run fairly, and for your prize to be awarded, and you cannot enter the Promotion without providing that information. If you win, then we’ll need your full legal name and postal address including postcode. We may also require other personal data in order to make arrangements for prize fulfilment. Our processing of your personal data is necessary for the performance of the Promotion contract.
At the time you provide your personal data for the Promotion you will be invited to hear from us in future, including by SMS text message or by email. If you do not choose to do so, then we will erase your details when the Promotion is complete. If you’re happy to hear from us, you can ask us to stop at any time. We will need to share personal data with our partners only to operate the Promotion. Our Promotion administrator is Umbrella, Dodwell House, Chilton Business Centre, Chilton, Buckinghamshire HP18 9LS. We may need to share personal data with prize suppliers and third parties, and you may need to provide further personal data to them for fulfilment of your prize. Where these partners process personal data, it is subject to their own privacy notices. Other partners with whom we may share personal data include IT service providers, delivery companies, and business partners who help us to ensure the proper administration of the Promotion and associated services.
Should we need to transfer personal data outside of the UK, we will ensure that appropriate legal and technical safeguards are in place.
You can request copies of personal data about you including in portable electronic formats and, where appropriate, the rectification, erasure or restriction of processing of that personal data.
If you’re not happy with our processing of personal data, you can complain by contacting privacy@pladisglobal.com. If you are not satisfied with our response, or you believe our personal data processing is not in accordance with the law, you can complain to our Senior Responsible Individual (SRI) by emailing privacy@pladisglobal.com.
